The Wells Fargo Center Tenant Lounge is now open! It consists of a variety of comfortable seating arrangements, the Intermezzo Café, and conference rooms located in the building lobby.
Conference Rooms
Two conference rooms are available to rent with a movable partition wall that can create one large room. The conference rooms feature state-of-the-art technology including the Oblong Mezzanine Software.
The amenities include:
- Classroom style seating arrangements
- Podium
- Oblong Mezzanine System
- Three (3) 75-inch or 65-inch television
- Microphone (Handheld and Lapel)
Oblong Mezzanine System
This software works alongside traditional video conferencing to enable multi-stream collaboration. Meeting participants can share multiple streams of content, from multiple locations, all at the same time. Innovative and more effective ways of working become possible, because when teams can see more and share more, they can do more.
The conference rooms within the Tenant Lounge are available for booking Monday through Friday. The Management Office encourages that all booking request is received a week in advance to the event date. Should you need to cancel, please do so 72 business hours in advance to your event date.
Below you will find the current rates and time availability to the Tenant Lounge conference rooms as of August 2019. Please note that all rates are subject to change.

Please Note:
- All fields on the request form must be completed for processing and signed by the requestor
- No email or phone reservations will be processed without a request form
- Allow two business days for this request to be processed and confirmation sent via email
- When using the Oblong Mezzanine Teleconferencing System, the tenant is responsible for returning all equipment including the wand in the condition that it was received
